Work is very much focussed on what can be done to grow resilience and support organisations and their people to work as well as they can, together, effectively, efficiently, and profitably. The only people in my team who can work with businesses must have had experience in leadership roles prior to becoming an expert in another therapeutic discipline.
Working with mental health and physical health experts means a joined up approach. Team building, confidence, trust and resilience programmes are created involving groups, and 1:1 sessions. These combine to really help change the way people relate and work together. Subjects covered are often raised by the teams themselves and the training programme is created to deal with their concerns. Popular areas for training are; stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, and working with issues related to power and rank, difference and diversity. Every care is taken to make the sessions engaging, informative and enjoyable. Check-ins and check-ups after running programmes are held so that any issues attendees are experiencing can be acknowledged and worked on.

- Professional services, law firms, accountants, surveyors, financial services
